Time outdoors in nature can restore our mood, refresh and rejuvenate us. Simply being in nature, connecting with it through our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch, can bridge the gap between us and the natural world.
Join Sahar Rahmani, mindfulness facilitator from Be Strong Personal Training, at the Davenport Centre from 1:00pm to 2:30pm for a mindfulness discussion followed by a guided forest bathing walk. The walk will conclude with a few standing stretches followed by a guided self-compassion exercise.
