Basin Depot 2000 - Buttons
This collection of buttons includes several 4-hole bone specimens of a size suitable for sweater or heavy shirt, a large mother of pearl button of a similar size, along with a tiny shell button and two different glass specimens. These smaller buttons would have been suitable for blouses and/or shirts. The curiously shaped backed specimen is a man's shirt collar button. These specimens were common to both late 19th and early 20th centuries.
